Our Terms of Use

By purchasing from Top Neven, you agree to the following terms:

  1. Order Accuracy: Ensure your contact and shipping details are correct. We are not liable for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect information.
  2. Defective or Damaged Items: Must be reported within 7 working days with photo/video proof via WhatsApp (082 597 5111) or email (info@topneven.co.za).
  3. Returns: Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and returned within 7 working days of delivery. Return courier fees will not be covered by Top Neven unless previously arranged.
  4. Refunds: Only regular-priced items purchased within the last 14 days are eligible for a refund (excluding delivery fees). Proof of purchase is required.
  5. Exchanges: We only replace items that are defective or damaged. Contact us via WhatsApp or email for assistance.
  6. Packaging for Returns: Returned products must include all original components (accessories, manuals, etc.) and be securely packaged to avoid transit damage. Products returned in a damaged or used condition may not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
  7. Late Claims: Items reported after the 7-day window will not be eligible for return, replacement, or refund.
